The visit of Cardinal Prof. Joseph E.S Dominion, JP, to Niger Delta Development Commission (Abia State)

The World President of International Parliament for Safety, Peace and Justice, United Nation (IPSPJ-UN), Cardinal Prof. Joseph E.S Dominion, JP, storms Niger Delta Development Commission (Abia State) to pay a courtesy visit to the Hon. Commissioner in the State, Amb. Eld. Dr. Dimkpa Erugba. The visit was to explore opportunities for mutual collaboration between the two agencies in humanitarian services as well as to ensure that the commission partners with IPSPJ-UN in empowering her citizens.
